On a loué 2 années consécutives avec eux car ils ont un service impeccable. Scooters en très bon état, propres et super service rapide et efficace. Ils ont livré le scooter à notre hôtel dès notre arrivée et nous ont demandé de laisser les clés à la réception à notre départ, zéro prise de tête. After 5 years of living in SE Asia and never riding a scooter, my wife, our 12-year-old, and I finally took the plunge today! My wife had never ridden a scooter or motorbike before and was understandably nervous. For me, it had been over 30 years since I last rode one! All I can say—without being over the top—is that Mohammed and his team were absolutely fantastic. Communication via WhatsApp was polite, informative, and super prompt. When we arrived to collect the scooters, my wife was very anxious, but Mohammed immediately put her at ease. He took us to a quiet area away from traffic and patiently guided her through the basics. His calm, kind manner and excellent teaching ability made all the difference. Before long, my wife was riding comfortably, and off we went to explore the stunning west coast of Lombok. We had such an amazing day! I don’t write many reviews, only when they’re truly deserved and today certainly was one of those occasions. If you’re in the area and thinking about renting a scooter, these are definitely the go-to guys. Zunächst hieß es, dass leider aktuell kein 160 cc Roller zur Verfügung steht, aber innerhalb von 5 Minuten wurde einer organisiert 👍🏼 auch als wir nach der Abholung ein komisches Tacken bei meinem 125 cc Roller feststellten und wir daher zurückkehrten, war es kein Problem, diesen „umzutauschen“.
